It's Warjack Wedesday and we've got one last model from the Kickstarter campaign that we haven't show off yet. But before that...

YOU HAVE 5 DAYS LEFT TO FILL OUT YOUR SURVEY IN BACKERKIT

Thank you to everyone who has completed their surveys. For those of you that haven't, there are only five days remaining to complete your survey before we lock the pledge manager. Failure to complete your survey in time may result in a delay in the shipment of your rewards, so please complete it as soon as possible. We don't want anyone to have to wait to get these great miniatures!

The pledge manager will lock this coming Monday, May 4th. For additional details regarding international shipping or if you still haven't found your invitation to Backerkit, please see UPDATE #39.

We've got mountains of warjack weapons piling up at the foundry and our packaging is off to press. We're currently awaiting arrival of Cypher Cards, tokens and dice, and are prepping for a massive packout over the next 5-6 weeks.

Greetings Warcasters!

It's Warjack Wednesday, when we like to share all the new and cool news and projects that have come in recently. 

At the beginning of this week, we sent the Warcaster: Neo-Mechanika rulebook to press. We're looking forward to seeing proofs soon and receiving it in our warehouse next month. Meanwhile, we're putting the final touches on our packaging designs and will soon have those off to press as well. 

We don't have warjacks to update this week, but we do have rendered rotations of a couple of the most notorious characters among the Thousand Worlds! Have your first look at the 3D models of Baron Cassius Mooregrave and Justicar Voss...

PLEDGE MANAGER EXTENSION, INTERNATIONAL CONSOLIDATED SHIPPING UPDATE AND PM ACCOUNT RECOVERY

Greetings Warcasters!

Lots of important information below! Please read carefully.

PLEDGE MANAGER EXTENDED TO MAY 4th

At the request of several backers, we’ll be extending the pledge manager through 10am PST on May 4th, at which time we will lock the pledge manager. Credit cards will begin processing at 3pm PST on May 6th. This extension will not affect the delivery time for rewards but offers a few more days for backers to complete their surveys and for us to verify international shipping charges are accurate before they are charged.

INTERNATIONAL CONSOLIDATED SHIPPING DISCOUNT

We discovered over the weekend that the consolidated shipping function is not automatically updating the shipping subtotal for international backers, nor is it displaying as we had expected it to in the pledge summary. We will be taking care of this through manual updates applied every few days over the next two weeks. Your survey must be complete in order for us to apply the discount. Note that the discount will not show as applying to the shipping, but your overall total should be reduced by $11.

If you have not noticed the discount as applied yet, there’s nothing you need to do, we will be double-checking all backers who have selected the consolidated shipment to make sure it gets applied. And where applicable we will be manually adjusting shipping by country so that no one is overcharged.

On May 4th, we will lock the pledge manager and send out an update for international backers so that you can verify that your discount has been applied. If at that time you don’t see it, then please contact us through Kickstarter. Credit cards will not be charged until May 6th.

STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED YOUR EMAIL INVITE TO THE PLEDGE MANAGER?

If you still haven’t seen an email invite to the pledge manager, here are the steps to take:

1) Make sure the email you're using in Kickstarter right now is the same one that you are using when you made your pledge. Sometimes people switch emails between the time we import that data and when the pledge manager goes live, which means the invite went to the previous email address.

2) Check spam folders. They love to eat Backerkit invites.

3) Go to this link and recover your account from Backerkit:

4) Message us through Kickstarter with the email that should be associated with your Backerkit account and we'll get it figured out one way or another!

WARJACK WEDNESDAY ON A THURSDAY! PLUS, PLEDGE MANAGER GOING WIDE!

Greetings Warcasters!

It might be Thursday, but we've got warjack renders that you want to see. Think of it like having breakfast for dinner!

Here are your first looks at the variant renders for the Dusk Wolf, Fire Brand and Scourge!

And now the moment you've been waiting for...

After a successful 24 hour smoke test, we are ready to send out invites to the Backerkit pledge manager today, so watch your email inbox for your invite to show up soon.

The one note we have from our smoke test that we want to relay to you is that as most of you complete the pledge manager you may notice a few items on your confirmation list showing up as "NONE". These are essentially an "N/A" stand-in for the survey questions we asked during the survey. Most backers will see 4 of these "NONE" notations but you may see between 2 and 6 depending on your reponses. Feel free to ignore them!
