IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT REWARDS (PLEASE READ)

Greetings Warcasters,
As rewards have begun arriving, we have some information to share that will help you sort out making sure everything you are supposed to receive is included.
First, please be sure to open up your starter box. To save packaging and shipping costs, many rewards such as void gates, variant solos, etc. we're pre-packed into your starter boxes. So if you open up the shipping box and don't immediately see everything you were expecting to receive in the first shipping wave, check the starter and you will likely find it there. If you still can't find everything, then please direct message us.
Second, if you ordered an Aeternus Continuum reward that includes a second Scourge A (duplicate of the one in the starter), such as a Full Battle Force or a Master of Time and Space, then your additonal Scourge A has been discovered AWOL. The starter box will still contain the Scourge A, but those that were ordered separately were mis-tagged in our system for our second shipping wave. We have identified all U.S. orders that the Scourge A was supposed to be included with and will ship those out right away. There's nothing you need to do to receive the replacement, just know that we've got you covered and the second Scourge A will show up in a follow up shipment a few days behind the first one. Our apologies for the extra wait on this model.
The issue has been corrected for our international backers, so if you're getting an order in the first shipment and are outside the U.S., then your Scourge A will arrive with your other rewards.

IT'S WARJACK WEDNESDAY! "I'm not <bzzzt> a Warjack."

Greetings Warcasters!
It's Warjack Wednesday, that time when we update you on the latest news for Warcaster: Neo-Mechanika! Today we have an important announcement for backers of the Skirmish and Full Battle Force reward levels, and something fun to share from the future of Warcaster.
Progress continues with the first shipping wave and we currently anticipate having everything in the first wave shipped before the middle of next week. However, it has come to our attention that the Weapon Pack A sets that were bonus rewards for the Skirmish and Full Battle Force reward levels did not make it into their shipments. The warjacks will still have their normal allotment of weapons and if you Added-On an additional Weapon A Pack, it should arrive in the first shipment, but the bonus rewards were omitted by mistake. As all backers of these two reward tiers are receiving at least the Weapon Pack B bonus reward in the second shipment, we will be sure to include the Weapon Pack A with that shipment as well. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause and we will endeavor to have the next wave out as soon as possible. Wave 2 models are already in production and we will be rolling right from the first wave into the second without delay.
While we previewed a lot of new models coming in the next expansion wave for Warcaster during our 2020 keynote, we still have quite a few new model designs to reveal. Below is the concept artwork for an upcoming Wild Card, Corebus, and he's not a warjack!
A fugitive consciousness on the run, Corebus is a former Empyrean aeon sympathetic to humanity's plight. Having escaped Cyriss Prime, he claimed squatters rights over a dilapidated labor robot to house his soul essence, and has pledged his support to the Marcher cause. Now with extensive self-improvements, Corebus lends his strength and knowledge to the Coalition of Free States. (For size reference, Corebus will be on a 40 mm base.Can be included in Empyrean and Marcher Worlds forces.)

While you're waiting on your rewards to arrive, we have placed the final Warcaster: Neo-Mechanika rulebook online for download in the Game Play section at Warcaster.com. Not a great deal changed since you saw it in its WIP state, but there should be a few new nuggets of info there, particularly if you're looking for any advance intel on the Empyreans.

It's Warjack Wednesday, and I'm thrilled to announce that our first wave of reward shipments is about to commence!
Our first batch of Warcaster: Neo-Mechanika rewards will be picked up tomorrow. As the items are scanned for shipping, our system will send you an email with your tracking information. Shipments cannot all go an once, however; this process will take about two weeks to complete as we have nearly 2,000 unique orders shipping in the first wave. Each one must be hand packed and meticulously checked to make sure the contents are correct. So depending on where your shipment is in the queue, it could be a week or so before you see that tracking number email.
Because the Aeternus Continuum was originally planned for a second wave (when we thought we were shipping in four waves) The Scourge was the last model to be completed, so pack out on Marcher Worlds and Iron Star Alliance orders was able to get started before Aeternus Continuum. This means that if your order contains Continuum models, it will be coming in the latter half of this first shipping wave. A complete list of what is shipping in the first wave is at the bottom of this message.
Note that even if you only ordered a starter, your full reward will not be complete until the second shipping wave because the Variant B weapons and cortexes for the light warjacks are going out in that wave. So if you don't get everything in this shipment, check your order against the list below and if the item isn't on that list, then it'll be showing up in the second wave.
Pallets of Warcaster rewards are filling up, awaiting pickup! And there's some MiniCrate waiting to go with it, too!
In other news, we'll have the final rulebook PDF online and ready for download in the next 24 hours. We'll send out a message when it's ready to download so you'll have some reading material as you wait for your rewards to arrive.
We're super excited to finally be at the point where we're shipping out rewards. We'd hoped to be sending them out a little sooner, but with the factory mostly offline for three months, it did slow progress down a bit. Still, we're pleased to be shipping inside our originally expected time frame and I owe huge thanks to the dedicated team at Privateer that has made this possible. My gratitude to all of you backers as well for your patience, your enthusiasm and support. I'm getting a little tingly writing this as it's starting to sink in that thousands of people are going to be assembling, painting and playing with real Warcaster models within just a few days and weeks. Now with a little luck, we'll be playing across the tables with you sometime next year!

It's Warjack Wednesday and Privateer has been a bustling hive of activity. Yesterday, we live streamed our 2020 Keynote, which is the time when we let all of the cats out of the bag for the coming year. Among a virtual ship-load of news, we previewed the fourth faction coming to Warcaster: Neo-Mechanika — the Empyreans!
After retreating long ago to the safety of Cyriss Prime, the Empyreans have reemerged to banish humanity from the Hyperuranion. While most of the Empyreans are soulless robots, there are those among them — the Aeons — that once knew life. Armed with an arsenal of devastating weaponry, legions of mechanical warriors at their control, the Empyrean warcasters have mobilized to rid the galaxy of her plague of humans.
In addition to the Empyreans, we also got a better look at the light vehicles coming to each faction. The Empyreans, light vehicles and more will be featured in a forthcoming Kickstarter campaign later this year.

Meanwhile, news from Privateer Press headquarters is that we will begin shipping Warcaster rewards next week! We'll have more info on the day packages start leaving the building with details on what's coming and what confirmation emails to look for so you can monitor your reward's progress. International orders, of course, must first make their way to our various fulfillment partners, so they have a much longer transit time, but we'll keep you updated on the freight shipments and alert you when they arrive at their fulfillment destinations.
